摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆对妇科腹腔镜术后肩痛及细胞因子的影响。方法将200例妇科腹腔镜术后患者随机分为2组各100例患者。观察组采用耳穴压豆治疗;对照组口服非甾体抗炎药布洛芬。采用通用的视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估两组患者术后肩部疼痛情况及观察两组患者细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的变化。结果观察组VAS总分、IL-6、IL-10含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后耳穴压豆能显著改善妇科腹腔镜术后患者肩痛的情况,减少细胞因子IL-6、IL-10的表达。Objective To study the effect of auricular plaster therapy on shoulder pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and cytokines.Methods 200 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into 2groups,100 cases in each group.The experimental group was given auricular plaster therapy.The control group was given oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug ibuprofen.The generic visual analogue scale（VAS）were applied to observe the post-operative shoulder pain for both group,and leukocyte interleukin-6（IL-6）for both groups,and to observe interleukin-10（IL-10）changes for the two groups.Results The total scores of VAS,IL-10 and IL-6in experimental group were all lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy can significantly relieve shoulder pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and to reduce IL-6,IL-10 expression.
