摘  要:曲轴NTR(新TR)弯曲镦锻工艺具有水平镦锻与垂直弯曲成形速度灵活匹配的特点。本文研究了模具运行速度对全纤维曲轴成形塌角缺陷的影响。建立了塌角量的几何模型,通过建立弯曲镦锻速度模型分析了影响模具运行速度的主要因素。基于6G32曲轴实例进行了不同模具运行速度下曲轴成形过程数值模拟,研究模具速度对曲轴塌角量的影响规律。在物理模拟系统进行了6G32小比例铅曲轴坯的系列NTR镦锻弯曲试验,数值模拟结果得到了验证。The NTR(New TR) bending and upsetting process of crankshaft has characteristic of flexible matching between horizontal upsetting and vertical bending forming speed. The influences of die velocity on the full fiber crankshaft corner collapse quantity were studied. The geometric model of the corner collapse quantity was set up. And the main factors for the die velocity were analyzed through building the upsetting and bending speed models. The forming process of the 6G32 crankshaft was numerically simulated at different die speeds. A series NTR upset-bending experiment for the small scaled lead crankshaft billet of 6G32 were carried out on a physical simulation system. The results of the numerical simulation were verified.
