摘 要:焊条药皮的熔化特性对低氢型全位置立向下焊条的工艺性能有重要影响。采用高温物理性能测试仪定量地研究了焊条药皮的熔化特性和工艺性能的关系。结果显示,当焊条药皮熔化温度和熔化温度区间不合适时,焊缝成型差,焊接过程不稳定,不适应立向下焊接;当焊条药皮熔化温度和熔化温度区间适中时,焊缝成型良好,焊接过程稳定,立向下性能优良。The melting characteristics of electrode coating have an important effect on the process performance of low hydrogen type electrode for all position and vertical down welding. The relationship between melting characteristics of electrode coating and process performance was quantitatively analyzed using high-temperature physical properties tester. The experimental results show that when the melting temperature and melting temperature range of electrode coating are inappropriate, poor weld and unstable welding process occur, which is not suitable for all position and vertical down welding.While the melting temperature and melting temperature range of electrode coating are suitable, the good weld and stable welding process can be obtained, which can fully satisfy all position and vertical down welding.
