摘 要:基于ANSYS有限元数值分析软件,建立了T型焊接接头的有限元模型,采用高斯热源模型,模拟T型焊接接头焊接过程,分析了焊接过程中的温度场和应力场,并分析了不同参数变化对于焊接残余应力的影响。结果表明,在整个焊接热过程中,焊缝区域温度变化显著;焊接过程应力变化复杂,在焊缝处存在较大的残余应力,应力值为225MPa,接近屈服极限235 MPa;第二道焊缝应力值较第一道焊缝大,原因在于焊接第二道焊缝时,已完成的第一道焊缝对于焊件变形有较大约束。The three-dimensional finite element model of T-joint was built on the basis of finite element analysis code ANSYS. Using the gaussian moving heat source, the weld process of T-joint was wimulated. The dynamic welding temperature field and stress field were analyzed. the residual stress distribution and the factors which haffected the residual stress were also analyzed. The calculated results show that the welding temperature changes obviously and the stress is complicated in the weld process. The residual stress(225 MPa) is closed to the limit of yielding 235 MPa on the welded joint.The stress of the second welded joint is bigger than the first one, because the first welded joint restrains the deformation of the second welded joint.
