摘 要:针对乘用车车身顶盖钎焊夹具存在的设备笨重、柔性化程度低等问题,设计了一种新型车顶钎焊夹具。详细叙述该夹具的机械结构和气动原理,介绍其与焊接机器人的通讯方式,运用有限元方法验证其在工作状态下是否满足现场要求,为设备调试提供参考。设计实验确定工作参数,制作了样机并进行焊接实验,证明其在保证焊接质量的前提下,达到了高节拍、轻量化、柔性化的目标。A new type of welding fixture used for vehicle roof laser welding was designed to replace current fixture facility, which was relatively heavy and rigid. The mechanical structure, pneumatic principle and communication methods between this fixture with welding robot were introduced in detail. Whether this fixture could meet requestments at present during its working condition was verified by using the finite element method to supply reference for its debugging. The working parameters were determined by designing experiment. The model machine was manufactured and the welding experiment was carried out.The experiment showes that welding quality is acceptable with this high rhythm, light weight and flexible fixture.
