摘　　要：【目的】围绕科技期刊的"互联网+"思想进行深入讨论,剖析目前科技期刊互联网发展进程较其他领域缓慢的根源。【方法】对比"互联网+"的思想与科技期刊行业的相关特点,对过去一些学者的观点进行辨析并从多方面论证"互联网+"背景下科技期刊行业目前存在的问题,探讨可能的突破方向。【结果】相关科技期刊管理部门需要思考"互联网+"时代下的期刊行业管理制度改革和政策支持。【结论】科技期刊亟需迅速建立致力于科技期刊行业"互联网+"的工作群体;科技期刊从业者需要多渠道不断学习和跟进尝试。[Purposes] The reasons of the slowdevelopment of Internet in the scientific journals compared with other industries are studied by the thinking of ＂Internet ＋ ＂. [Methods] The views of some scholars in the past are analyzed and the problems and the possible breakthrough direction of the Internet ＋ scientific journal industry are researched from many aspects. [Findings] Related scientific journals＇ management departments need to think about the management system reform and policy support in the ＂Internet＋ ＂era. [Conclusions] It needs to establish the working group of ＂Internet ＋ ＂in the industry of scientific journals. scientific journal editors need to keep learning through multiple channels.
