期刊评价模式下地方高校学报发展的两难选择和现实对策

摘　　要：【目的】探讨地方高校学报在当前期刊评价体系下面临的困境,并提出解决的建议。【方法】通过查阅CNKI论文数据库,以数据对比的方法验证了地方高校学报特色化之路的艰难,并通过实例分析了地方高校学报突破困境的现实选择。【结果】期刊体制改革背景下,地方高校学报对自身生存之路的探索主要集中在地方特色和学科特色上。但无论是地方特色或学科特色在当前的"影响力"评价体系中都无益于地方高校学报排名的靠前,地方高校学报面临着妥协于期刊评价体系还是坚持对地方特色和学科特色探索的两难选择。【结论】地方高校学报应该辩证地看待期刊评价体系,找准自身定位,强化特色,并坚守学术质量这一生命线,以实现自身的可持续发展。[Purposes] This paper aims at investigating the plight of local university journals in the current context of periodical appraisal and proposing solutions. [Methods] This paper verifies the difficulties local university journals encounter in developing their own characteristics by the comparison of exploiting data in CNKI,a database of academic papers,and analyzes the realistic choices for these journals in breaking through the predicaments. [Findings]Local university journals＇ survival explorations focus on local and disciplinary characteristics. However,neither local characteristics nor disciplinary characteristics would facilitate local university journals to charge ahead in the journal ranking against the background of the current system for the appraisal of the influence of journals. Local university journals are confronted with a dilemma as to whether to compromise with the system of appraisal or to continue their exploration of local and disciplinary characteristics. [Conclusions] Only by treating the system of journal appraisal dialectically,determining a well-defined orientation and steadfastly upholding the criterion of academic quality,can local university journals achieve their own sustainable development.
