摘 要:在28 074mg/L矿化度的海水中,配制非交联的0.4%的改性黄原胶压裂液,对压裂液的性能进行了评价。结果表明:改性黄原胶压裂液具备具有很强的增黏悬浮能力、高度假塑性,在砂比30%状态下携砂良好,0.5%的黄原胶压裂液彻底降解后残渣为124mg/L。现场应用表现出配方简洁、配制简便、低摩阻、携砂性能好、残渣低伤害小等性能。通过对黄原胶压裂液应用前景进行分析,认为黄原胶压裂液在一定的储层温度下,更加适应致密储层大规模改造与"工厂化"作业的需求,可部分代替胍胶压裂液进行开发利用,应用前景广阔。0.4% Xanthan gum without crosslinking by seawater had prepared,the salinity was 28 074mg/L.On the basis of investigation and evaluation of fracturing fluid,the research showed:modified Xanthan gum has such properties of strong suspending and pronounced pseudo-plasticity,it suspendedproppant well without crosslinking when sand concentration was 30%,residue content of 0.5% Xanthan gum was 124mg/L after complete degradation.By the field application,Xanthan gum had advantages of simple formula,convenient preparation,low friction,good sand-carrying performance,little residue,low damage etc.Through analysis of application prospect of Xanthan gum fracturing fluid,it showed that Xanthan gum fracturing fluid could be better applied in large-scale transformation and "factory" operations in tight reservoirs of certain temperature.Xanthan gum fracturing fluid could partially replace guar gum fracturing fluid,exhibiting a broad application prospect.
