摘　　要：针对云计算环境中实体信任评估问题,提出一种基于QoS属性和用户满意度的信任计算方法。根据系统监测到的QoS属性数据以及用户对交互行为的满意度,计算实体的信任评价;引入自信因子,动态自适应调整直接信任和推荐信任的比例,抑制恶意推荐的影响。该方法从主客观两方面进行评价,使信任计算更加客观准确。实验结果表明,该方法能有效评估实体信任,具有较好的自适应性,提高了系统成功交互率。Aiming at the entity trust evaluation problem in the cloud computing environment,a trust computing method based on the attributes of quality of service and satisfaction of users was put forward.The trust degree of entity was computed according to the quality of service attribute data and the satisfaction evaluation for users＇ interaction activities monitored by the system.The confidence factor was introduced to adjust dynamically the proportion of direct trust and recommendation trust,suppressing the influence of malicious recommendation.The method obtains the evaluation from both subjective and objective perspectives,and the trust calculation is then more accurate.The results of simulation show that,through this method,the entity trust degree can be effectively evaluated,and it shows better adaptability to the dynamics of trust,improving successful transaction percentage of the system.
