摘  要:目的:探讨采用因子分析对脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型进行评价。方法:采用高脂低蛋白饮食+负重游泳复合因素诱导6周,建立脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,检测一般状况、自主活动、胃排空率、水负荷指数等指标,运用因子分析进行模型综合评价。结果:"水液运化"因子、"蛋白和血脂"因子、"一般状况"因子和"胃肠功能"因子为脾虚水湿不化证的主要影响因子,累积贡献率达82.97%,构建了脾虚水湿不化模型综合评价函数。结论:因子分析可以对脾虚水湿不化模型进行综合评价,是适宜中医动物模型的评价方法。Objective: To explore the evaluating method of the rat model with syndrome of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency based on factor analysis. Methods: Rat models with syndrome of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency were induced by complex factors of high fat and low protein diet,loading swimming for six weeks. And then,ordinary situation,autonomy activities,gastric emptying rate,Water loading index were tested. All the data were collected and evaluated with factor analysis. Results: water transport factor,serum protein and lipid factor,ordinary situation factor and gastrointestinal function factor were the main influencing factors of syndrome of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency and the cumulative contribution rate of the four factors reached 82. 97%. The comprehensive evaluation function of syndrome of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency was estabolished. Conclusion: Rat models with syndrome of dampness retention due to spleen deficiency were successfully evluated by factor analysis,which was a suitable method capable of being used in evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome models.
