从活血化瘀类中药探讨造血微环境与慢性粒细胞白血病

摘　　要：慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)是一种骨髓造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病。造血干细胞在体内增殖、分化、迁徙、转移中保持动态平衡,主要归功于稳定的造血微环境,包括微血管系统、基质干细胞、细胞外基质和多种细胞因子等。而CXCR4/CXCL12作为骨髓微环境重要的生物轴,在造血"干细胞循环"过程中发挥着重要作用。现代研究发现,"活血化瘀"类中药干预骨髓造血干细胞的增殖分化并影响"干细胞循环",其"祛瘀血"层面与干细胞循环过程相吻合,而"生新血"层面与干细胞循环结果相吻合。故从活血化瘀类中药探讨造血微环境CXCR4-CXCL12轴平衡与慢性粒细胞白血病可能存在的特殊生物学机制,在造血干细胞生物学行为层面为CML发病机制的研究找到新突破点。Chronic myeloid leukemia（ CML） is a kind of malignant clonal myeloproliferative disease which happened in the bone marrow Hematopoietic stem cells. hematopoietic stem cells with self-renewal and self-replicating ability remains constant in the size and number in the stem cells pool,mainly due to hematopoietic microenvironment which maintained its stable,it is also called＂niche＂. The regulating factor in the niche is the main members participate in this activity. Modern research found that Chinese herbology which can promote circulation and remove stasis not only can intervene in the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cell,but also affect the stem cell cycle. Considering the progress of the cycle,it agrees with the view removing blood stasis. Considering the result of the cycle,it agree with the view giving birth to the new blood. This article aims to explore the relationship between the balance of CXCR4 / CXCL12 axis in bone marrow stem cell niche and chronic myeloid leukemia from the effect of Chinese herbs and find new breakthro ughs in pathogenesis of CML.
