摘　　要：2015年12月的全国党校工作会议是党校事业发展中一次具有里程碑意义的重要会议。习近平总书记在会上发表重要讲话，精辟论述了新形势下党校工作的重大意义、根本原则、主要任务和基本要求，深刻回答了事关党校长远发展的一系列重大问题。正如刘云山校长在会议总结讲话中所指出的，总书记讲话思想深刻、观点鲜明、切中要害，是指导做好新形势下党校工作的纲领性文献，对加强党的建设、意识形态工作，对做好党和国家全局工作都具有重要指导意义。In the new historical period, strengthening the party construction in farmer cooperatives is an important part of innovating and strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations, which is effective means to overcome the weakness of the party organizations in rural areas. Through the construction of the party branch in the cooperatives, C city explores the set-up mode and operation mechanism, trains a number of grassroots leaders and party members, plays a major role in promoting farmers' income, agricultural efficiency,improving rural economic development and the grassroots social governance.
