摘 要:基于贵州省煤层赋存复杂、煤层层间距小、煤层厚度薄、煤层及顶底板软等特点,以贵州发耳矿井为具体研究对象,分析了近距离薄煤层群三软综采工作面瓦斯治理难点,综合选取了顺层钻孔预抽、穿层钻孔预抽、高位钻孔抽采、采空区迈步式埋管抽采、采空区卸压瓦斯抽采、断层密集钻孔抽采等综采工作面立体瓦斯治理技术,有效解决了近距离薄煤层群三软U型通风综采工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题,保证了工作面安全顺利回采,为类似矿井综采工作面瓦斯治理技术提供了借鉴。Based on the seam complicated disposition condition,small spacing between the seams,thin thickness of the seam,soft seam and roof and floor as well as other features of the seam in Guizhou,took Guizhou Fa'er Mine as the certain study object,the paper analyzed the gas control difficulties of fully-mechanized coal mining face with soft roof,soft floor and soft coal seam in contiguous thin seams group.The bedding drilling pre-draining,drilling pre-draining across rock stratum,high level borehole pre-draining,gas drainage in the gob through the step by step line buried,pressure relief gas drainage in the gob,densely borehole drainage in the fault and other gas control technology of the fully-mechanized coal mining face were comprehensively selected.The gas overlimit problems at the top corner of fully-mechanized coal mining face with soft roof,soft floor and soft coal seam and U type ventilation in the contiguous thin seams group were effectively solved and the safety and successful mining of the coal mining face was ensured.It provided references to the gas control technology of the fully-mechanized coal mining face in similar mines.
