摘 要:为解决赵各庄矿12号煤层构造区域厚煤层工作面的冲击地压防治问题,以2337东工作面为例,基于地质条件、构造应力分布和开采技术3个因素分析了该工作面冲击地压发生的可能性;并利用综合指数法、可能性指数诊断法和经验类比法对2337东工作面危险性进行了系统的评价,确定该工作面具有中等冲击地压危险。通过采用分段缺陷型爆破卸压、钻孔卸压和注水卸压等解危措施对工作面不同危险区域进行具体卸压处理,并结合钻屑法和应力在线监测技术对危险区域进行实时监测,有效地降低了冲击地压的发生,保证了深部构造区域厚煤层工作面的安全回采。In order to solve the mine pressure bump prevention and control problems of the coal mining face in structure area of No.12 seam in Zhaogezhuang Mine,based on No.2337 E coal mining face as a case,the possibility of the mine pressure bump occurred in the coal mining face was analyzed based on the three factors of the geological conditions,the structure stress distribution and the mining technology.The comprehensive index method,the possibility index diagnosis method and the empirical analogy method were applied to the systematic evaluation on the danger of No.2337 E coal mining face.There was a medium pressure bump danger determined for the coal mining face.With the sectional defect type blasting pressure released,borehole pressure released and the water injection pressure released measures,certain pressure released was conducted in different danger areas of the coal mining face. The combination with the drilling cutting method and the stress on-line monitoring and measuring technology was applied to the real time monitoring and measuring of the danger area. The mine pressure bump occurred was effectively reduced and the safety mining of the coal mining face in the thick seam of the deep structure area.
