摘 要:为了确定新疆乌东煤矿近直立特厚煤层单翼工作面在上采下掘期间防止冲击地压危险发生的合理采掘相向安全距离,采用数值模拟、微震监测和现场实测的方法进行研究。基于数值模拟方法研究了上采下掘期间不同相向距离的应力演化规律和影响范围,根据微震监测和现场冲击地压案例分析了上采下掘与冲击地压危险关系。结果表明:上分层工作面与下分层掘进工作面相向的距离与煤体应力集中和微震事件发生频次呈正相关关系,该条件下上采下掘相向最小安全距离为100 m,上采下掘活动引起的煤体高应力集中和围岩剧烈活动是诱发下分层掘进工作面冲击地压显现的原因,通过采取及时停止下分层掘进的措施,成功地避开了掘进巷道冲击地压灾害,进而验证了分析结果。In order to determine the mine pressure bump danger and the rational mining and driving safety distance during upper layer mining and lower layer excavation period of the single coal mining face in the near vertical ultra thick seam of Xinjiang Wudong Mine,a study was conducted with the numerical simulation,the micro seismic monitoring and measuring and the site practices analysis method.Based on the numerical simulation method,the study was conducted on the stress evolution law and influence scope under the different same directional distance during upper layer mining and lower layer excavation period of the coal mining face. According to the case analysis on the micro seismic monitoring and measuring and the site pressure bump,a study was conducted on the relationship between upper layer mining and lower layer excavation and the mine pressure bump danger. The results showed that the same direction distance between upper layer mining and lower layer excavation was in a positive relationship to the seam stress concentration and the micro seismic accidents occurred.Under the condition,the min safety distance of upper layer mining and lower layer excavation in a same direction was 100 m.The seam high stress concentration and the surrounding rock serious activities occurred by upper layer mining and lower layer excavation operations was the cause to occur the mine pressure bump behavior of the lower driving face.With the on time measure to stop the lower layer excavation,the mine pressure bump disaster of the driving gateway could be successfully avoided and the analysis results were verified.
