摘 要:为进一步提高固体废弃物钒钛钢渣(VTSS)吸附脱除Hg0性能,利用浸渍方法改性制取KBr/VTSS、KI/VTSS吸附剂,并运用XRD、SEM表征,在固定吸附床上研究了反应温度、烟气SO2、O2、H2O和改性剂负载量对Hg0脱除效率的影响。结果表明:升高反应温度显著提高Hg0脱除效率和累积吸附量,负载3%KI的吸附剂,其Hg0脱除效率最高,在200℃下的最高效率可达97.9%,吸附3 h后的吸附容量为163.4μg/g;SO2和H2O抑制Hg0的吸附,而O2显著促进Hg0的吸附;KBr、KI负载量的提高可促进Hg0脱除,分别负载10%KBr和3%KI的吸附剂,在120℃时Hg0脱除效率最高分别达到73.5%和90.6%,吸附3 h的累积吸附量分别达到114.1和153.1μg/g。In order to further improve the Hg0 adsorption and removal performances of the vanadium and titanium steel slag- the solid wastes,an immersion method was applied to modify and make the KBr anadium and titanium steel slag and KI anadium and titanium steel slag adsorbents and the XRS and SEM characterizations were applied to the fixed adsorption bed to study the reaction temperature,SO2,O2 and H2O in the flue gas and the modifier loading quantity affected to the Hg0 removal efficiency.The results showed that the reaction temperature increased would obviously improve the Hg0 removal efficiency and accumulated adsorption volume.The adsorbent with a 3% loading of KI,the Hg0 removal efficiency would be the best.Under the temperature below 200 ℃,the max efficiency of the Hg0 removed could be 97.9% and after three hours of the absorption,the adsorption volume would be 163.4 μg / g.SO2 and H2O would restrain the adsorption of Hg0 and O2would obviously promote the adsorption of Hg0.The KBr and KI loading volumes could improve the removal of Hg0 and the adsorbents could load 10% KBr and 3% KI individually.When the temperature reached to 120 ℃,the Hg0 removal efficiency would maximally reach at 73.5% and 90.6% individually.After three hours of the absorption,the accumulated absorption volume would be 114.1 and153.1 μg / g individually.
