摘 要:针对煤电机组烟尘超低排放技术改造难度大、风险高,改造结果不易达到预期效果等问题,介绍了煤电超低排放烟尘改造技术路线中干式电除尘器、旋转电极、湿式电除尘器、高频电源、低温省煤器、高效除尘脱硫系统的技术特点,对湿式电除尘器的适用范围与改进方向提出了建议,并对相关设备在设计、制造、施工、运行、监控等方面的注意事项进行了系统阐述。实践证明:煤电机组超低排放改造后,烟尘含量可以达到燃气电站排放的标准,烟尘测量值与机组负荷的变化趋势吻合较好,进一步佐证了超低排放烟尘数据的可靠性。According to a high difficult reconstruction of the flue dust ultra low emission technology of the coal-fired power unit,high risk and reconstruction results hard to reach the predicted effect and other problems,the paper analyzed the technical features of the dry electric dust collector,rotating electrode,wet electric dust collector,high frequency electric power,low temperature coal saver and high efficient dust removal and desulfurization system in the coal-fired reconstruction technical route of the coal-fired ultra low emission.The paper provided the proposals on the suitable application scope and improvement direction of the wet electric dust collector. A systematic state was conducted on the noted items of the design,manufacturing,construction,operation,monitoring control and other aspects of the related equipment.The practices showed that after the ultra low emission reconstruction of the coal-fired power generation unit,the flow dust content could meet the emission standard of the gas- fired power plant,the flow dust measured value could be well fitted with the load variation tendency of the power unit and could further approve the reliability of the ultra low emission flow dust data.
