摘 要:某泥岩型黄铁矿含大量伊利石黏土矿物,黄铁矿与脉石矿物嵌布关系复杂,且部分黄铁矿结晶粒度小,晶型不完整,属于难选型黄铁矿。经选矿工艺试验研究发现:采用"单一浮选"工艺,矿泥罩盖明显,黄铁矿的可浮性受到抑制,浮选指标差。通过螺旋溜槽预先脱除部分矿泥的"脱泥—浮选"试验流程,能得到硫回收率为75.02%、品位为48.56%的最终硫精矿。螺旋溜槽预先脱泥的"脱泥—重选"试验流程也能产出硫回收率为75.93%、品位为47.02%的最终硫精矿,选别指标良好。There is a mudstone type pyrite ore which contains a large amount of illite clay minerals.The dissemination relationship between pyrite and gangue minerals is complicated and part of pyrite occurs in small particle size of crystallization and the crystal type is not complete,which make pyrite ore difficult to be separated.The experimental research on beneficiation process showed significant cover of slime and inhibition of pyrite flotability in single flotation process with a poor index for flotation.The desliming-flotation experimental process,which removes some slurry by spiral chute in advance,can obtain a final pyrite concentrate with recovery of 75.02% and grade 48.56%.Also,the desliming-gravity separation process,which removes some slurry by spiral chute in advance,can get a final pyrite concentrate with recovery of 75.93% and grade 47.02 % with a favorable separation index.
