摘  要:针对某有用矿物为黄铁矿,脉石矿物为石英、方解石的硫铁矿,采用DH-1作为捕收剂的浮选工艺回收硫,使硫的品位由26.89%提高到43.66%,硫回收率95.32%;铁的品位由22.95%提高到36.27%,回收率92.82%。硫和铁都得到了较好的回收,环境效益和经济效益明显。Tests were conducted with pyrite as a useful mineral and quartz and calcite as gangue minerals in a flotation process with DH-1as collector to recover sulfur.The sulfur grade increased from 26.89%to 43.66% with the sulfur recovery rate of95.32%and the grade of iron increased from 22.95%to 36.27%with the recovery rate 92.82%.Sulfur and iron had better recovery with the obvious environmental and economic benefits.
