摘 要:以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,采用种子乳液聚合工艺制备出具有核壳结构的丙烯酸酯乳液。分别通过环氧树脂(E-51)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、纳米Si O2进行改性,并对乳液及涂膜的性能进行了检测分析和表征。红外光谱分析结果表明各单体反应完全;改性后乳液涂膜的硬度有明显提高;KH-570改性的丙烯酸酯乳液涂膜具有最好的抗黏连性和耐热性,其中耐热温度达400℃,抗黏连性达到1级。The acrylate emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization process with styrene, methyl methacry-late and butyl acrylate as the key monomers. And then it was respectively modified by the epoxy(E-51), gamma methyl propylene acyloxy propyl trimethoxy silane(KH-570) and nano-SiO_2, the emulsion and coating properties were tested, analyzed and characterized. The results of infrared spectrum analysis showed that the reaction was complete, the hardness of the modified emulsion coating was obviously improved, and the KH-570 modified acrylate latex film had the best anti-adhesion and heat resistance. The heat resistance temperature reached 400 ℃ and the anti-adhesion was one-level.
