23例甲状腺再次手术中喉返神经保护体会

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺再次手术中喉返神经的损伤及保护。方法分析我院收治的23例甲状腺术后须再手术病人的临床资料。结果术后喉返神经暂时性和永久性麻痹发生分别为4例和1例。结论在甲状腺初次手术时,采取的腺叶全和(或)近全切除术,为再次手术寻找喉返神经的困难和风险将大大降低,也不增加手术难度。Objective Investigate thyroid again surgery in recurrent laryngeal nerve damage and protection. Methods Analysis in our hospital was 23 cases of thyroid surgery required reoperation patients clinical data. Results postoperative recurrent laryngeal nerves temporarily and permanent paralysis occurred in 4 cases and 1 patient, respectively. Conclusion in thyroid surgery for the first time, take the gland leaf and （or） near total thyroidectomy reoperation for laryngeal recurrent nerve of the difficulties and risks will be greatly reduced, also does not increase the difficulty of the operation.
