摘　　要：失地农民现象是我国城市化进程中的突出问题。随着京津冀一体化的推进,会有一大批农民失去土地,这些居民既不是传统意义上的城镇居民,也不是农村居民,常常被边缘化,由此而引发社会保障待遇的差异化,严重影响了他们的生活与发展。所以失地农民社会保障研究是亟待解决的问题。本文从失去土地的农民的切身利益和长久发展需求角度出发,对失去土地的农民间建立完善的社会保障体系进行了分析。The phenomenon of landless peasants in China’s urbanization process is the prominent problem. The integration of Beijing and Tianjin will produce some landless farmers who are neither urban residents in the traditional sense nor the rural residents,thus triggering social security benefits differentiation,seriously affecting their lives and development. So it is urgent to solve the problem.The thesis analyzes the social security system from their interest and long- term development.
