动态心电图诊断老年心律失常的价值研究

摘　　要：目的对动态心电图应用于老年心律失常临床诊断中的临床价值进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年1月-2015年12月在我院接受治疗的老年心律失常患者116例,并随机分为对照组和实验组各58例,观察常规静态心电图和动态心电图两种不同检测方法的诊断情况并比较。结果实验组患者的房性早搏、房颤、房速、室性早搏、窦房传导阻滞窦缓、房室传导阻滞、室内传导阻滞以及房室传导阻滞的诊断率分别为89.66%、17.24%、34.48%、68.97%、12.07%、8.62%、18.97%以及12.07%,均高于对照组患者的65.52%、5.17%、6.90%、48.28%、3.45%、1.72%、6.90%以及8.62%,组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论动态心电图应用于老年心律失常临床诊断中的临床价值确切,疾病检出率很高。Objective Dynamic ECG value in clinical diagnosis of elderly patients with arrhythmia is to be studied. Methods Chose 116 elderly patients of arrhythmia that are treated in hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 and separate them into two groups randomly with 58 patients in each group,and then observe and compare diagnosis results of stable ECG and dynamic ECG between two groups. Results The diagnosis rates of patients＇ atrial premature,atrial fibrillation,atrial tachycardia,PVCs,sinoatrial block sinus bradycardia,atrioventricular block,conduction block and atrioventricular block are 89.66%,17.24%,34.48%,68.97%,12.07%,8.62%,18.97% and 12.07% respectively,which are higher than counterparts of 65.52%,5.17%,6.90%,48.28%,3.45%,1.72%,6.90% and 8.62%,there is a differential between two groups according to T-Check and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dynamic ECG is of value in diagnosis of elderly patients with arrhythmia,it is effective to diagnose illness.
