下腔静脉滤器在治疗下肢深静脉血栓中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的观察下腔静脉滤器在治疗下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）中的应用价值。方法选择我院2012年7月-2014年12月收治的下肢深静脉血栓患者42例,采用下腔静脉滤器进行治疗。观察治疗的效果。结果所有患者均成功置入下腔静脉滤器,均未有术中、术后并发症发生;其中左侧股静脉置入19例,右侧股静脉置入15例,左侧颈内静脉8例;永久性下腔静脉滤器33例,临时性下腔静脉滤器9例。对所有患者术后随访6个月,所有患者的临床症状均好转或消失,X线检查未见滤器发生位置移动以及下腔静脉阻塞的征象。结论对下肢深静脉血栓患者采用下腔静脉滤器置入的方法可以取得临床效果,安全、可靠。Objective To observe the application value of inferior vena cava filter in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis（DVT）of lower extremity. Methods 42 patients with deep venous thrombosis in our hospital from July 2012 to December 2014,patients with deep venous thrombosis were treated with inferior vena cava filter. The effect of treatment were observed. Results All patients were successfully placed in the inferior vena cava filter,there were no postoperative complications,including 19 cases of left femoral vein,15 cases of right femoral vein,8 cases of left internal jugular vein,33 cases of permanent inferior vena cava filter,9 cases of temporary inferior vena cava filter. All patients were followed up for 6 months,the clinical symptoms of all patients were significantly improved or disappeared,X-ray examination showed no location of the filter and the obstruction of inferior vena cava. Conclusion It is safe and reliable to use inferior vena cava filter in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity.
