重组甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析重组甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院2013年4月-2015年3月收治的2型糖尿病患者116例为研究对象,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组58例,所有患者均口服格列美脲,在此基础上,对照组采用精蛋白胰岛素治疗,研究组采用重组甘精胰岛素治疗,比较两组组治疗前后的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h BG）以及糖化血红蛋白（Hb Alc）水平变化,并观察治疗期间两组低血糖反应发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后FBG、2 h PG以及Hb Alc水平均降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与对照组治疗后比较,研究组治疗后FBG、2 h PG以及Hb Alc水平降低更显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组治疗期间低血糖反应发生率为5.17%（3/58）,低于对照组的15.52%（9/58）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论重组甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病可以改善机体血糖水平,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of recombinant insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods 116 cases of type 2 diabetes patients as the research object in our hospital in April 2013 and 2015 March,were randomly divided into combined group and control group,58 cases in each group,all patients were glimepiride. On this basis,the control group treated by protamine insulin therapy,study group collected with recombinant insulin glargine treatment,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,the fasting blood glucose（FBG）,postprandial 2H blood glucose（2 hbg）and glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb Alc）level changes and observe during the treatment two groups of hypoglycemia reaction occurrence. Results Compared with before treatment,two groups of 2 h PG,Hb Alc and FBG water were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,compared with the control group,after treatment,the 2 h PG,Hb Alc and FBG levels decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than the control group（3/58）,15.52%（9/58）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Recombinant gan insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the body＇s blood sugar levels,higher security.
