摘　　要：目的探讨左西孟旦注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选择2011年1月-2015年1月本院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者80例,按照随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组两组,每组患者40例。所有患者均给予强心、利尿、扩血管等常规基础治疗,对照组在症状控制的基础上,给予曲美他嗪治疗。观察组在常规基础治疗基础上,给予左西孟旦注射液治疗。对比分析两组患者疗效。结果观察组总有效率（82.5%）高于对照组（67.5%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论左西孟旦注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭可改善治疗效果,安全性高。Objective To discuss the effect of levosimendan injection in treating elderly patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods 80 cases of senile CHF patients from January 2011 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. All patients were treated with cardiotonic,diuretic and vasodilator therapy on a regular basis,the control group was given trimetazidine treatment on the basis of symptom control,and observation group was given levosimendan injection based on regular treatment. Results The overall response rate of observation group（82.5%）was higher than control group（67.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no serious adverse events in both groups. Conclusion Levosimendan injection treating elderly patients with chronic heart failure,improves therapeutic efficacy with high safety.
