容积CT引导下经皮肺穿刺在周围性肺部肿块中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨VCT引导下经皮肺穿刺在周围性肺部肿块中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院35例CT引导下经皮肺穿刺的周围性肺部肿块患者一次定位成功率、一次活检成功率、病理结果及并发症,并以同期30例超声引导下经皮肺穿刺的周围性肺部肿块患者作比较。结果CT组一次活检成功率高于超声组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组一次定位成功率、病理结果及并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺在周围性肺部肿块,显像清晰,可提高一次活检成功率。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in peripheral pulmonary masses. Methods 35 cases of CT guided by percutaneous lung puncture of peripheral lung tumor with a positioning success rate,a success rate of biopsy,pathological findings and complications,and the period of 30 cases of ultrasound guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy of peripheral pulmonary masses were compared in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The success rate of primary biopsy in CT group was higher than that in ultrasound group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in success rate,pathological results and complications between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in peripheral lung tumors can improve the success rate of biopsy.
