摘　　要：目的观察老年食管贲门癌的围术期处理情况。方法分析研究我院收治的84例老年食管贲门癌患者手术治疗情况。结果 84例患者手术成功切除79例,死亡5例,术后并发症发生率为34.5%。结论老年食管贲门癌围术期加强处理是保证手术成功治疗的关键。Objective To investigate the perioperative situation of older esophagus cardia cancer. Methods Analysis of our hospital 84 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cardia cancer treatment. Results 84 patients surgery successfully removed 79 cases,5 deaths,postoperative complication rate was 34.5%. Conclusion The elderly esophageal and cardiac perioperative enhance the process is the key to ensure successful operation of treatment.
