摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤科护理安全管理中存在的问题并提出相关的对策。方法分析皮肤科临床护理工作中各环节容易发生的护理安全隐患及形成原因并提出相应对策。结果有针对性的防范干预是提高临床护理质量的关键所在,管理者应重视细节管理,落实安全预警制度,确保护理的质量与安全。结论护理安全管理在保证护理质量与护理安全的工作中起着极为重要的作用。Objective Discussion on problems existed in nursing safety management in department of dermatology and puts forward relevant countermeasures. Methods Analysis of dermatology clinical nursing work in the link to nursing safety hidden trouble and causes,and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Results The preventive intervention is to improve the quality of clinical nursing is the key,the managers should pay attention to details of the management,implementation of security early warning system to ensure the quality and safety of nursing. Conclusion Nursing safety management in ensuring plays an extremely important role in the work of nursing quality and nursing safety.
