高血压脑干出血患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑干出血患者的护理经验、方法及康复措施。方法回顾性分析68例高血压脑干出血患者的临床资料,总结科学有效的护理措施。结果本组68例高血压脑干出血患者,行手术治疗28例,保守治疗40例。22例患者(保守治疗10例,手术治疗12例)神经功能障碍得到改善,病情好转;18例患者(保守治疗12例,手术治疗6例)手术后昏迷,病情无改善;28例死亡,其中保守治疗死亡18例,手术治疗术后死亡10例。结论对高血压脑干出血的患者采取精心有效的护理,可在一定程度上提高治疗效果,降低病死率。Objective To explore the nursing experience,methods and rehabilitation measures of hypertensive patients with brainstem hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 68 hypertensive patients with brainstem hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed,scientific and effective nursing measures were summarized. Results Out of 68 hypertensive patients with brainstem hemorrhage,there were 28 cases with surgical treatment,and 40 cases with conservative treatment. And 22 patients（ 10 cases with conservative treatment,12 cases with surgical treatment） were improved in nerve dysfunction and got better. There were 18 patients（ 12 cases with conservative treatment,6 cases with surgical treatment） with coma after the operation,without obvious improvement. There were 28 cases dead,among whom 18 cases were given conservative treatment,and 10 cases were given surgical treatment. Conclusion Effective nursing for hypertensive patients with brainstem hemorrhage can improve the treatment efficacy of the disease,and reduce mortality rate.
