综合护理对微创脑出血手术患者术后神经功能恢复及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在微创脑出血手术术后护理中的应用效果。方法将采用微创手术治疗的80例高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用综合护理,比较2组术后的恢复效果、神经功能以及生活质量。结果与对照组相比,观察组的总有效率高,出院时的神经功能缺损评分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组出院时的手功能、行动能力、记忆与思维、交流等方面的生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够促进微创脑出血手术患者神经功能康复,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery. Methods A total of 80 cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing,and recovery effect,neurological function and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had higher total effective rate,and lower neurological function deficit score,and there were significant differences between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores of life quality in hand function,motion ability,memory and thinking,as well as communication,there were significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can promote recovery of neurological function and improve quality of life in cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive operation.
