心理、人文关怀对乳腺癌根治切除术患者术后轻度抑郁的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理、人文关怀对乳腺癌根治切除术后轻度抑郁患者康复的影响。方法纳入56例首发乳腺癌根治切除术后抑郁患者,随机分成2组,每组各28例,对照组给予常规护理及抗抑郁治疗,干预组在常规护理的基础上结合人文关怀模式进行护理,干预前与干预1月、2个月通过HAMD量表评分、住院患者满意度问卷调查评价人文关怀模式对乳腺癌根治切除术后抑郁患者的效果。结果治疗2个月后,2组患者HAMD评分与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05);干预组住院患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组HAMD各项评分下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论心理、人文关怀可以显著改善乳腺癌根治切除术后患者的抑郁程度。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention and humanistic nursing on mild depression in patients after radical resection of breast cancer. Methods A total of 56 initial depression patients with breast cancer were included in the study and were randomly divided into two groups,with 28 patients in each group. The control group received routine care and antidepressant treatment,and the intervention group was additionally given psychological intervention and humanistic nursing based on the control group. The effect of psychological intervention and humanistic nursing before intervention,one month and two months after intervention were evaluated by HAMD Scale score and satisfaction surveys of hospitalized patients for depression patients with breast cancer resection. Results After 2 months of treatment,a significant reduction was observed in HAMD scores in both groups than the treatment before（ P 〈 0. 05）. The satisfaction of hospitalized patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The HAMD scores in the intervention group was significantly decreased（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological and humanistic care can significantly improve the depression of patients with breast cancer.
