模块式康复计划对胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨模块式康复计划在胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能恢复中的应用效果。方法选择40例采用模块式康复计划的胫骨平台骨折患者设为观察组(2015年1—4月),40例采用常规护理的胫骨平台骨折患者设为对照组(2014年9—12月),比较2组患者术后疼痛、康复积极性以及康复效果。结果观察组术后1、2、4、6 d的疼痛评分低于对照组,术后2 d的康复积极性高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于对照组,术后膝关节功能评分、生活能力评分、膝关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论模块式康复计划通过多模块组合提高了胫骨平台骨折患者的术后康复积极性,促进了膝关节功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the application effect of modular rehabilitation program on the functional rehabilitation of knee joint in tibial plateau fracture patients. Methods A total of40 tibial plateau fractures patients with modular rehabilitation program were as observation group（ January 2015 to April 2015）. Another 40 patients with conventional nursing were as control group（ September 2014 to December 2014）. The postoperative pain,rehabilitation passion and effect of two groups were compared. Results The pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after 1,2,4,and 6 d of the operation,and rehabilitation passion after 2 d of operation was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The length of hospital stay was shorter than that in control group,the score of life ability and the excellent rate of knee function after operation were higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Modular rehabilitation program can improve the rehabilitation enthusiasm of plateau fracture patients,and promote the recovery of the knee joint function.
