摘　　要：神渭输煤管道是我国第一条输煤管线,全长732公里,是迄今为止世界上运距最长的输煤管线工程。神渭输煤管道系统设计年运输量为精煤1000万吨,输送浓度51%-53%。首端制浆厂和泵站设在陕西煤业化工集团所属的神木红柳林煤矿,沿途经过4座中间泵站,终端设在蒲城精细化工园,煤浆输送至终端后,经脱水、再制浆等工艺处理后可以满足电厂用户、煤化工用户和水煤浆燃烧等用户的要求。输送途中无运输损失、不污染环境、自动化程度高、经济环保。Shenwei coal pipeline is China＇s first coal transportation pipelines, 732 kilometers in length, is by far the world＇s longest distance transporting pipeline, project. Shenwei coal slurry pipeline system throughput capacity is 10 million tons per year, transportation concentration is 51%- 53%. Slurrypreparation plant and first pump station is in Shenmu Hongliulin coal mine of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. There are four intermediate pumping stations along the way. Terminal stations locate in Pucheng fine chemical industry park. The coal slurry is transported to the terminal, after dehydration and slurry re-preparation process can meet the requirements of the power plants users, coal chemical industry users and coal water slurry burning users. Coat transport by pipeline has no environment pollution, no transport losses, which is a high degree of automation, economic and environmental protection transport mode.
