摘  要:以干质量热值测定为基础,对云南省农林常见废弃物进行了生物质原料筛选,对烟杆-玉米杆生物质成型燃料不同配比进行了热值测定,并对不同配比的烟杆-玉米杆生物质颗粒燃料成品的燃烧性能进行了测试。结果表明:木质类样品的干质量热值普遍较高,其次是草本类;秸秆类样品中以烟杆、玉米杆、麦秸的干质量热值较高。综合筛选结果,认为烟杆、玉米杆、麦秸可作为生物质成型燃料加工制作的理想原料。将烟杆与玉米杆按照不同含量进行配比,其中烟杆∶玉米杆=7∶3处理样品热值最高,同时该含量配比的烟杆-玉米杆生物质颗粒燃料成品的综合燃烧性能最好,可作为烟杆-玉米杆生物质成型燃料加工制作的较优配比组合。Based on gross caloric value, several common agro-forestry residues in Yunnan were screened for raw material of biomass, and then, the calorific value and combustion characteristics of different formulas of tobacco stem-cornstalk briquette were determined. Results showed that the gross caloric value of wooden material was higher than that of herbal material generally and the gross caloric values of tobacco stem, cornstalk and wheat-residue were higher than those of other straw materials. Synthesizing the results of screening, it argued that tobacco stem, cornstalk and wheat-residue were ideal materials for briquette making. Among several formulas of tobacco stemcornstalk, the 7 ∶ 3 treatment had the highest calorific value and the best combustion characteristics, so it could be a better fit formula for tobacco stem-cornstalk briquette making.
