摘  要:2010-2011年以纯系品种9311、明恢63、IR64为试验材料,在云南省丽江市永胜县涛源乡和西双版纳州景洪市进行田间试验,研究云南特殊生态条件下水稻的高产机理,为水稻高产的表观遗传学研究提供材料和依据。结果表明,水稻生长期间涛源试点相对湿度较低,抽穗期前平均温度较高,抽穗后温差较大。涛源试点3个品种的实际产量和理论产量均高于景洪试点,增幅超过70%,达极显著水平。涛源试点具有较高的有效穗、颖花量、结实率和千粒重;成熟期的干物质积累较高,尤其是灌浆期的干物质积累量。氮素积累量差异主要表现在生长后期,涛源试点极显著高于景洪试点,氮素收获指数差异极显著。同一品种在两个生态稻区产量及其构成因子的差异较大,达极显著水平,为进一步研究表观遗传机制奠定了基础。Systematic research was conducted to study the mechanism of special high-yield eco-site on rice high yield. Field experiments were carried out at Taoyuan and Jinghong in 2010 and 2011. The results showed that special high-yield eco-site( Taoyuan) had lower mean relative humidity during rice growth period and had higher average temperature before full heading stage. Range of temperature was larger after full heading stage. At special high-yield eco-site( Taoyuan),all varieties yield were significantly higher than Jinghong,with 70 % overall increase. According to the result of yield components,there were higher effective ears,spikelets per panicle,spikelet fertility and thousand grain weight at special high-yield eco-site. Total dry weight of maturing stage at Taoyuan was higher than Jinghong,especially at grain filling stage. Difference of total nitrogen accumulation was at the later stage,and nitrogen harvest index( NHI) at special high-yield eco-site was highly significant than Jinghong. Rice yield of the same variety was highly significant between special high-yield eco-site and low-yield ecosite. The experimental result could construct the basis of the future epigenetic mechanism research about higher yield formation at special high-yield eco-site.
