摘  要:本文研究冬小麦间作板蓝根对小麦生长和麦田CH4通量的影响,并对其进行经济与环境效益分析。试验在南京信息工程大学农业气象试验站采用田间小区试验进行,采用静态箱(暗箱)0气相色谱法在小麦生育期定期取样分析麦田CH4通量,同时记录不同处理下小麦的生物量,收获后测定小麦及板蓝根产量。结果表明,与对照施肥单作处理(NPKW)相比,施肥间作板蓝根处理(NPKWR)小麦产量与千粒重分别增加9%和1%;冬小麦田CH4的通量主要是吸收,吸收量表现为施肥间作板蓝根处理(NPKWR)>不施肥处理(N0P0K0W)>裸地(N0P0K0W0)>施肥单作处理(NPKW),施肥间作板蓝根处理(NPKWR)比施肥单作处理(NPKW)冬小麦田的CH4吸收量累计增加34%,间作模式使板蓝根与小麦综合增产5%,每公顷多盈利2017.25元。本研究表明冬小麦间作板蓝根为提高土地资源利用率、发展低碳农业、增加经济效益环境效益提供一项新技术。The winter wheat intercropping Radix isatidis grown in Agricultural Experiment Station of Nanjing University of Information Science Technology( NUIST) were used to investigate the effects on the growth of winter wheat and the flux of CH4 in wheat field and to analyze its economic and environmental benefits. Throughout the whole wheat growing season,CH4 flux in wheat field were collected and analyzed regularly with Static box( black box) Chamber-Gas Chromatographer,while the biomass of wheat under different treatments were also recorded,and wheat and isatis root yield were determined after harvest. The results showed that: Compared with the fertilization monoculture treatment( NPKW),the yield and grain weight in the treatment of Radix isatidis intercropping wheat( NPKWR) increased by 9 % and 1 %,respectively. CH4 flux in winter wheat field was mainly the absorption which showed the fertilization and intercropping with Radix isatidis treatment( NPKWR) 〉without fertilization( N0P0K0W)〉 bare land( N0P0K0W0) 〉fertilization monoculture treatment( NPKW). CH4 absorptions in winter wheat field of fertilization intercropping of Radix isatidis treatment( NPKWR) was the cumulative increasement of 34% than that of fertilization monoculture treatment( NPKW). Intercorpping mode made the comprehensive yield of Radix isatidis and wheat increased by 5 %,which earned 2017. 25 yuan·hm- 2. The results showed that the winter wheat intercropping with Radix isatidis could improve the utilization of land resources,which provided a new method to enhance economic and environmental benefits as well as develop low carbon agriculture.
