摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观是我国的主流意识形态,在文化建设中发挥着主体地位与引导作用。高校是社会思想文化、知识传播以及创新发展的重要阵地;高校教师是培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的主导力量;而青年教师作为高校教师队伍中的新生力量,在教学科研、管理服务、文化传承创新中都发挥着举足轻重的作用。在社会主义核心价值观引领下加强高校青年教师思想政治工作,对大学生全面成长以及实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦都具有重要的现实意义。The socialist core values is the mainstream ideology in our country, and plays the main role and the leading role in the cultural construction. The colleges and universities are the important position of social ideology and culture, knowledge dissemination and innovation and development. The teachers in colleges and universities are the dominant force to train the builders and successors of the socialist cause. The young teachers as a new force of the teachers in colleges and universities play a vital role in the teaching and scientific research, management and service, inheritance and innovation of culture. To strengthen young teachers of colleges and universities ideological and political work under the socialist core values guide has important practical significance on college students＇ all-round growth and achieve the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
