摘　　要：分析西部地区支柱产业发展及与高校协同发展的规律,为地方支柱产业在企业面向转型及价值提升的过程中提供重要的知识输出和创新支持。基于工业设计新型工业化的实现手段,提出地方高校利用自身知识系统,创立服务于地方经济的工业设计特色创新平台,构建共性、协同的创新设计知识体系,与企业的创新发展形成协同互动模式,为全面提升产学研合作的协同机制提供思路。The local industries are the main body in the economy. In the transiting and value promoting process of the companies, the colleges and universities in the same place are the important rsupport with the knowledge exporting. The rule about the co-de- veloping between the colleges and companies in the west of China was analyzed. An innovation model between them with the communication and the systemic generality knowledge engineering was proposed based on the way that industrial design （ID） re- alizes the new industrialized change. Then the strategy of the ID platform in the colleges and universities is constructed. The solo exporting model is changed. The guiding for the roundly university-industry cooperation mechanism is given.
