离校未就业高校毕业生的职业指导策略研究

摘　　要：目前就业竞争日益激烈,很多高校的毕业大学生都出现了就就业难等现象,大部分高校都能积极应对应届毕业生的就业指导工作。但是对已经离校但未就业的高校毕业生重视不够,没有采取积极有效的帮扶措施,本文对离校未就业的毕业生进行调查分析,通过分析离校未就业高校毕业生的未就业的原因,提出对离校未就业高校毕业生进行档案整理、搭建帮扶平台等措施,切实帮助离校未就业高校毕业生的就业。The current employment is an increasingly competitive. Many graduating college students have emerged on the employment difficulties and other phenomena,most colleges and universities can actively respond graduates employment guidance.But already leaving the employment of college graduates,but not seriously enough,did not take positive and effective measures to assist unemployed school leavers paper graduates investigation and analysis,through the analysis of school leavers unemployed college graduates unemployed the reasons put forward for school leavers unemployed college graduates with the file sorting,helping to build a platform for other measures to effectively help school leavers unemployed college graduates employment.
