消肿溶栓膏治疗嵌顿痔的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察消肿溶栓膏治疗嵌顿痔的临床效果。方法选择2014年6月～2015年8月于广东省中医院就诊的嵌顿痔患者63例,将其分为消肿溶栓膏组（治疗组,33例）和马应龙麝香痔疮膏组（对照组,30例）,观察比较两组患者用药前以及用药后第1、3、5天的症状评分以评估疗效。结果治疗后第5天,治疗组肛门坠胀疼痛评分[（0.55±1.03）分]、痔核水肿评分[（0.97±1.02）分]、痔脱垂评分[（0.70±0.47）分]等主要症状评分较对照组[（1.40±1.07）、（1.67±0.76）、（0.80±0.41）分]改善更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组药物止痛起效时间评分[（4.55±1.15）分]优于对照组[（1.73±1.64）分],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组总体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均未出现严重不良反应事件。结论消肿溶栓膏治疗嵌顿痔有很好的临床效果,且安全性高,值得进一步深入研究以开发利用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaozhong Rongshuan Ointment in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoid. Methods Sixty three patients with incarcerated hemorrhoid treated in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2014 to August 2015 were selected and divided into Xiaozhong Rongshuan Ointment group （treatment group, 33 cases） and Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment group （control group, 30 cases）. The symptom scores of the two groups were observed and compared at the day before treatment and at the first, third, fifth day after treatment, so as to evaluate the curative effect. Results After treatment for five days, the anal pain symptom score [（0.55±1.03） points], the hemorrhoid edema symptom score [（0.97±1.02） points] and the hemorrhoid prolapsed symptom score [（0.70±0.47） points] in treatment group were better than those of control group [（1.40±1.07）, （1.67±0.76）, （0.80±0.41） points], the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The time of producing analgesic effect score [（4.55±1.15） points] in treatment group was better than that of control group [（1.73±1.64） points], the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. No serious adverse events happened in both groups. Conclusion The Xiaozhong Rongshuan Ointment has good curative effect and high safety in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoid, so it is worthy of further research to develop and utilize the medicine.
