摘　　要：目的探讨高血压患者进行社区健康教育干预的效果，为社区建立有效的干预方案提供依据。方法抽取2012年7月～2014年6月桂林市漓东社区户籍的原发性高血压≥12个月的患者248名．建立健康档案，进行6个月高血压疾病相关知识、适当运动、控制吸烟和饮酒、低盐饮食、监测血压及合理用药等干预，比较健康教育干预前后行为改变和血压控制情况。结果健康教育干预6个月后，高血压患者自身高血压常识、运动、不吸烟、限酒、低盐饮食、良好心理、监测血压和合理用药与干预前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；收缩压〈140mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）、160～〈180mmHg、≥180mmHg段和舒张压〈90mmHg、90～〈100mmHg、100～〈110mmHg段与干预前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论健康教育干预可以提高高血压人群的高血压相关知识水平，纠正不健康生活方式，显著控制其高血压水平。Objective To explore the effect of community health education intervention of hypertensive patients and provide a basis for the community to establish effective intervention plan. Methods 248 patients of primary hyperten- sion over 12 months belong to Lidong community in Guilin City from July 2012 to June 2014 were selected and estab- lished healthy record, they were given a intervention plan of six-month of high blood pressure disease related knowl- edge, proper motion, control of smoking and drinking, low salt diet, monitoring blood pressure and rational use of drugs. Before and after health education intervention on health education intervention behavior change and blood pressure control were compared. Results After 6 months of health education intervention, compared with before the intervention, there was statistical significance of the patient＇s own hypertension knowledge, exercise, no smoking, alcohol, low salt diet, good psychology, monitoring blood pressure and the rational use of drugs （P 〈 0.05）; there was statistical signifi- cance of systolic blood pressure 〈 140 mmHg, 160-〈180 mmHg, ≥ 180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure〈90 mmHg, 90-〈100 mmHg, 100-〈110 mmHg period compared with before intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health education intervention can improve the level of hypertension patients related knowledge and correct the unhealthy life style, which can obviously control high blood pressure level.
