个性化护理对胃癌患者疾病认知度、治疗效能感及睡眠质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察及研究个性化护理对胃癌患者疾病认知度、治疗效能感及睡眠质量的影响程度。方法将2014年2月～2015年6月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院进行诊治的86例胃癌患者根据随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组，每组各43例，对照组进行常规胃癌护理，观察组则进行个性化的胃癌护理。然后将两组患者护理前及护理后1、2,4、8周的疾病认知度、治疗效能感及睡眠质量评估结果进行比较。结果护理前两组疾病认知度、治疗效能感及睡眠质量比较差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05），而护理后1、2、4、8周观察组3项指标均好于对照组及护理前，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论个性化护理对胃癌患者疾病认知度、治疗效能感及睡眠质量的影响更为积极，更为适用于胃癌患者全方面生存状态的提升。Objective To observe and study the influence degree of personalized nursing for the disease awareness, treatment efficacy and sleep quality of patients with gastric cancer. Methods 86 patients with gastric cancer in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from February 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group by the principle of random allocation, then the control group were taken care with conventional nursing of gastric cancer, while the observation group were taken care with personalized nursing of gastric cancer, then the disease awareness, treatment efficacy and sleep quality of two groups before the nursingand at 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th week after the nursing were compared. Results The disease awareness, treatment efficacy and sleep quality of two groups before the nursing had no significant differences （all P 〉 0.05）, while the three indexes of observation group at 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th week after the nursing were all better than those of control group and the results before the nursing, the comparison indexes had significant differences （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The influence of personalized nursing for the disease awareness ,treatment efficacy and sleep quality of patients with gastric cancer are more active, and it is more suitable for the improvement of living condition.
