归脾汤合四逆散加减治疗神经衰弱32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察归脾汤合四逆散加减治疗神经衰弱的临床疗效。方法:按照收治顺序将64例神经衰弱患者按照单双号分为2组,单号治疗组32例予归脾汤合四逆散加减治疗;双号对照组32例口服维生素B1、谷维素治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率56.25%,治疗组优于对照组。结论:归脾汤合四逆散加减对治疗神经衰弱效果明显。Objective：To observe the curative effect of the modified Guipi decoction and Sini Powder in treating Neurasthenia. Method： 64 patients would be included according to the Definite diagnosis of neurasthenia. Thereafter, considering their time sequence of seeing the doctor we numbered them all and classified them into two groups by im- plementing Guipi decoction and Sini powder modified treatment and Vitamin B1 and Oryzanol, 32 cases in each group.Result：The effective rate of the odd group was 93.75% and that of the even group was 56.25%. In statistical analysis, the clinical effectiveness of the odd group is better than the even group. Conclusion： There is significant effectiveness in treating neurasthenia by implementing Guipi decoction and Sini powder modified treatment.
