复方丹参注射液联合寿胎丸治疗复发性流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察复方丹参注射液联合寿胎丸治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法：选取复发性流产患者60例,随机分治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用丹参注射液联合寿胎丸治疗,对照组采用寿胎丸治疗,10d为1个疗程,根据病情治疗1~2个疗程,比较2组妊娠结局。结果：治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义。结论：复方丹参注射液联合寿胎丸加减治疗可显著提高复发性流产患者保胎成功率。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Danshen injection combined with Shoutai pills in treating recurrent miscarriage. Methods： 60 patients with recurrent miscarriage were randomly divided into the treat- ment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with the Danshen injection com- bined with Shoutai pills, the control group using Shoutai pills addition and subtract treatment,comparing two groups of pregnancy outcome. Results： Treatment group total effective rate is 93.3%,the control group total effective rate is 76.6%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The compound Danshen injection combined with Shoutai pills can significantly improve the success rate of recurrent abortion patients spuc rate.
