膝关节镜术后应用大活络胶囊治疗的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究膝关节镜术后应用大活络胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年5月—2014年5月收治的40例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),对照组患者予以膝关节镜清理术后口服塞来昔布胶囊(西乐葆)治疗;治疗组患者采取膝关节镜清理术配合大活络胶囊制剂治疗,采取膝关节功能Lysholm评估患者术前、术后3个月、术后6个月及术后1年膝关节功能状况,并对比2组患者治疗效果及患者对治疗方法及不良反应情况。结果:术前2组患者膝关节功能Lysholm评分对比无差异(P>0.05),术后3个月、术后6个月及术后1年治疗组患者膝关节功能Lysholm评分均明显优于对照组,P均<0.01;治疗组有效率95.00%,对照组80.00%,治疗组有效率及满意率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。2组总不良反应率对比,治疗组明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具体统计学意义。结论:膝骨关节炎患者采取膝关节镜清理术配合大活络胶囊制剂治疗效果显著,药物不良反应率低,安全性高,可明显改善患者膝关节功能,促进患者更快康复,具有较高临床应用及推广价值。Objective： To explore the arthroscopic surgery adjustable capsule treatment the clinical effect of application. Methods： Selected from May 2013 to May 2014 treated 40 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis as the research object, this paper adopt random number table method, it can be divided into the treatment group （20 bases） and control group （20 cases） and control group patients give the arthroscopic cleaning postoperative oral celecoxib capsules （celebrex） treatment; Treatment group patients with knee joint lens cleaning operation with a large adjustable capsule preparation treatment, take the Lysholm knee joint function assessment in patients with preoperative and postoperative 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after knee joint function after surgery for conditions, treatment effect and compared two groups of patients and pa- tients for treatment and adverse reactions. Results： Preoperative Lysholm knee function score in patients with contrast dif- ferences between the two groups （P〉0.05）, and 3 months after operation, postoperative 6 months and ! year after treatment group patients Lysholm knee function score were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.01）, the difference was statistically significant. Patients in treatment group total effective rate was 95.00%, the control group was 80.00%, treat-ment group total effective rate and satisfaction rate were significantly＇ higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）, the differ- ence is statistically significant. Two groups of patients with total rate of adverse reactions to contrast, treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）, differences in specific statistical significance. Conclusion： Patients with knee osteoarthritis knee joint lens cleaning operation with a large adjustable capsule preparation has the significant effect, adverse drug reaction rate is low, high safety, can obviously improve the function of patients with knee joint, promote patients recover faster, with higher
