中药内服熏洗配合西药治疗急性湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性湿疹的中西医结合治疗临床疗效。方法:纳入符合急性湿疹诊断患者57例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组。对照组(28例)西医常规方法治疗,观察组(29例)在对照组的基础上给予中药内服和中药熏洗联合治疗,治疗1个月后比较2组患者的疗效。结果:观察组有效率93.10%,对照组有效率67.86%,观察组优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗急性湿疹疗效显著,且无不良反应,为临床治疗急性湿疹提供经验,值得推广。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of acute eczema with Chinese and Western medicine. Methods： 57 patients with acute eczema were included in the diagnosis,according to the random number table method divided into observation group and control group. The control group （28 cases） were treated by routine west- ern medicine,and the observation group （29 cases） was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%,the total effective rate was 67.86% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute eczema has significant effect,and no adverse reaction,in order to provide experience for clinical treatment of acute eczema, it is worth for promoting.
