下肢静脉曲张患者血小板参数和D-二聚体的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨下肢静脉曲张患者血小板参数和D-二聚体变化及其临床意义。方法:采用血细胞分析仪对65例下肢静脉曲张患者和25例健康体检者进行血小板数量(PLA),平均血小板体积(MPV),血小板压积(Pct),血小板分布宽度(PDW)和D-二聚体检测。结果:下肢静脉曲张组MPV,PCT,PDW,D-二聚体分别为15.25±1.89,0.06±0.03,10.15±0.70,1.01±0.12与健康对照组比较有显著差异,PLA与健康对照组无明显差异。结论:血小板参数及D-二聚体的变化与下肢静脉曲张密切相关,可作为预测下肢静脉曲张并发下肢深静脉血栓形成的参考指标。Objective： To investigate the changes and clinical significance of the platelet parameters and D-dimer in lower limb varicose patients. Methods： The platelet parameters（PLT, PCT, MPV, PDW ） and D-dimer were detected in 65 cases of lower limb varicose patients and 25 healthy man. Results： Compared with the control group.MPV, PDW and D-dimer in the lower limb varicose patients were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, Pct in the lower limb varicose patients were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, but PLA had no statistical differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The measurement of platelet parameters and D-dimer in lower limb varicose patients has certain clinical significance can be used as a reference factor for deep venous thrombosis in lower limb varicose patients.
