江苏省经济社会发展中农业依存度的时空特征

摘　　要：文章引入依存度概念并选取六个指标构建了农业依存度模型,计算出2003-2012年江苏省及江苏省13个地级市经济社会发展对农业的依存度、地级市农业依存度的偏离值、农业依存度与主要农业发展要素关系的时空变化,分析了江苏省经济社会发展对农业的依存状况。为了正确认识农村城镇化发展,有效解决土地利用,调节农村劳动力转移,需要结合中国国情提出切实可行的政策。另外,改革户籍制度,促进城市要素向农村流动,提高农村土地使用权流转效能,提高农业生产专业化、集约化、工业化,实现农村土地市场化,是解决当前农村土地利用细碎化、闲置、撂荒和改变我国农村面貌的必然途径。Introducing concepts of dependence ratio and constructing agricultural dependence ratio model with six indexes, we research the dependence status of economic and social development on agriculture of Jiangsu Province and 13 prefectures, and dynamically count deviation of them. On the basis of calculating correlation coefficent of economic growth and industrial development, the paper analyzes the spatial differences of the dependence status of economic and social development on agriculture, and discusses the necessity to accelerate system reform, optimize the industrial structure transform the agricultural development mode. With a new entry, this provides a theoretical and practical basis to recognize economic and social development of agricultural dependency status in certain regions, explore to develop and implement land policy, and formulate function zones better adapted to local conditions.
