铜绿假单胞菌联合TP方案化疗对复发性卵巢癌患者免疫功能影响以及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察铜绿假单胞菌注射液(PA-MASH)联合TP方案化疗对复发性卵巢癌患者免疫功能影响并观察其疗效。方法:复发性卵巢癌患者46例,观察组23例,对照组23例,2组采用相同的化疗方案,观察组加用铜绿假单胞菌注射液,治疗结束后分别检测患者的免疫指标并评价临床疗效。结果:观察组IFN-Γ和IL-2的血清浓度较治疗前升高,IL-4和IL-10的血清浓度降低,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Karnofsky评分显著高于对照组治疗后的评分,明显改善患者的体力状况;观察组的临床总有效率(82%)高于对照组(57%)。结论:铜绿假单胞菌注射液与化疗药物联合使用可以提高患者的细胞免疫功能,改善患者的体力状况,提高临床疗效,是卵巢癌患者理想的辅助治疗药物。Objective： To evaluate the influence of TP regimen chemotherapy with Pseudomonas aeruginosa on immune function in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer. Methods： 46 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer（ 23 in the observation group and 23 in the control group） were included. Both groups applied the same chemotherapy,and the observation group was added with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Immune function,clinical effects and changes of other indicators of patients were measured before and after the treatment.Results： IFN-Γand IL-2 levels were significantly higher while IL-4 and IL-10 levels were significantly lower in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. The patients＇ physical status after treatment in the observation group was significantly improved,and the score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The overall response rate（ RR） in the observation group was higher than the control group（ 82% VS 57%）. There were statistical differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：TP regimen chemotherapy combined with Pseudomonas aeruginosa for treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer has obvious effect and low toxicity. The patients＇ systemic symptom and immune function are significantly improved. PA-MASH has been proved to be an ideal supplementary therapy for recurrent ovarian cancer.
